Delete your account

You can delete your Cirel account at any time. Deletion removes your sign-in, your profile and the device tokens that let us send you notifications. If you are the last member of your workspace, the workspace is closed as well: any subscription is cancelled immediately and nothing further is charged.

1From the app or the dashboard

• Open Cirel and go to Account (the More tab on a phone, your name in the sidebar on the web).
• Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the page.
• Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

2By email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to compliance@cirel.ai from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days.

3What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your login, name, email address, phone number, profile photo, notification tokens and app preferences.
• Closed with the workspace (when you are its last member): the workspace is marked closed and its subscription cancelled. Business records the workspace produced, such as call logs, leads and booked meetings, are kept under the closed workspace for the retention period in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum, then deleted. Ask us at the address above to have them removed sooner.
• Kept where the law requires it: invoices and payment records, for the statutory accounting period.

Data removed from our active systems leaves our encrypted backups within 35 days, the cycle on which those backups are overwritten.
